Instruction concerning the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw your contractual statement within 14 days in writing (e.g. letter, fax, or email) without having to give reasons or –if you dispose of the good before the expiry of the deadline- by reshipping the good. The deadline shall begin to run upon receipt of the instruction given to you in writing, but not before the receipt of the good by the recipient (on recurring delivery of similar goods, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilment of our information obligations according to Art. 246(2) in conjunction with § 1(1) and (2) EGBGB as well as our duties in accordance with § 312e (1), first sentence BGB in conjunction with Art. 246 (3) EGBGB. Timely filing of the withdrawal or of the good itself ensure the withdrawal period. The revocation is to be addressed to:

Effects of the withdrawal:
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both sides are to be exchanged and returned and potential benefits (e.g. interests) are to be issued accordingly. Should you be able to return to us only partially or in a worse condition the ordered good, you may have to compensate us for any value loss. This does not apply with regard to the surrender of goods whose deterioration is due to an examination (which would have been possible, for example, in a store).
In addition, you may avoid the duty to reimburse the value loss originating from its putting into use if you do not use it as your property and refrain from anything that would deteriorate the value of the good. Goods that may be shipped to us are to be returned at our risk. You bear the costs for reshipment if the delivered good corresponds to the good that was ordered and if the price of the good that will be reshipped does not exceed a price of € 40 including VAT or if, concerning a good with a higher price, you have not returned your service or partly paid the price agreed contractually, at the moment of the withdrawal. Otherwise, the reshipment will be free of charge. Should you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will bear the costs for the reshipment of the ordered good. Goods that may not be shipped will be picked up for you. Obligations for repayments must be met within 30 days. The deadline begins to run upon the declaration of your withdrawal or upon dispatch of the good; in our case upon the reception of the good.
